12. Payment Terms
- Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice
- Billing occurs on the date you selected during signup
- Refunds are not provided except where required by law
- All charges are exclusive of applicable taxes
- Failed payment attempts may result in account suspension
13. Limitation Period
Any claim arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions must be brought within one year after the cause of action arises.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. For users outside India, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
