What is BYOSMTP? Why is it better?
BYOSMTP means "Bring Your Own SMTP." Instead of paying per email, you connect your own Gmail, Office 365, SendGrid, Mailgun, or any SMTP provider. You send through your own infrastructure — no per-email charges, better deliverability, and full control over your sender reputation.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. When you upgrade, the new features activate immediately. When you downgrade, your current billing cycle completes before the change takes effect.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is free forever with generous limits. For paid plans, you can start with the Free plan to explore the platform, then upgrade when ready. No credit card required to get started.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and will soon support credit/debit cards. All prices are in INR. GST is applied as per Indian tax regulations.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Plans with yearly billing are shown separately. Annual plans typically save you 15–20% compared to paying monthly.
